UNITS #1, 2, 3, and 4 are on the first floor. #4 is our Lakeside unit.
UNITS #5, 6, 7, and 8 are on the second floor. #8 is also a Lakeside unit.
Lakeside units are 1 bedroom, have a King size bed, and a private deck that provides a direct view of the lake.
All other units are 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, fully furnished with a kitchen and a view of the lake.
All units are based on Double occupancy (2 persons).
(Note: A charge of $50 dollars per day for each adult in addition to the first two adults will be added to all room fees.)
A 2 bedroom unit is based on availability.
Room Rates
The dates in this rate schedule represent the start of a new rate cycle. The new
rates go into effect on the dates listed here and are in effect until the next date
on the schedule.

Weekly reservations based on Saturday to Saturday. * If a 3 day minimum includes a Saturday, the weekly rate will be required.
All prices are quoted without tax. A $200 deposit will be required at the time of booking all reservations. Cancellation of reservations within 60 days of the reservation will receive $100 refund.
Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. (An additional charge of $20 per hour for each hour after 9 a.m.)
No smoking inside rooms. No animals allowed in rooms, boats, or on GV property.
Boat Rental Rates
Fishing boat - $75 per day or $300 per week (plus gas)
Pontoon boat - $125/day or $450/week (plus gas)
Kayak - $50/day
